Collective action, pending authorization demand, maltreatment in public CHSLD.

Subject to its authorization by the Superior Court of Quebec, the class action filed by Mr. Daniel Pilote and the Conseil pour la protection des malades, aims to compensate residents of public CHSLD victim of various acts, omissions of abuse, since June 2015.
